		<description>Yeah. I'm sure switching hands every rep or so surely slows you down. Keep working on that shoulder flexibility. The more you can get that shoulder to float back and sit on your lat, the stronger and more stable you'll be.</description>

You knocked that out in half the time it too me. Apparently higher rep's each side is the way to go. I'm not up to doing that many on one side straight with the poor flexibility in my shoulder.. YET.
