I had a reasonable technique/ME workout this morning.I’ve been trying to teach myself to do full squat cleans lately. Mostly, I’ve been doing Drop Cleans with larger and larger weights, trying to get myself used to the “unbalanced” position of catching a weight low. It’s been reasonably successful. I’m sure my footwork is crap, but at least I’m getting low.

All except for the very last 155# felt awesome. I felt very comfortable going low. I don’t think I feel comfortable (yet!) squat cleaning any more than I can power clean, but I suspect that will come.
