150# OHS & More Sucky Cleans

Well, as the title suggests, the only remarkable thing about this morning was I hit a 150# OHS and I did some more work on my cleans…and they still suck.

The 145# was a new PR, and normally I would have stopped there, but it felt sooo good, I just couldn’t resist trying one more. And I’m glad I did.
