I had the entire weightroom to myself up until this point in my workout - around 45 minutes. I attribute it mostly to the chilly, rainy, dreary morning - not that I mind.

About halfway through my first set of Push Presses, I was joined by a guy who comes in every morning to stretch and do crunches before his daily swim. His lays quietly in the corner and just does his thing. As I mentioned earlier, I didn’t mind the quiet one bit.

A neighbor of mine told me a few nights ago that he has a friend who is an instructor at the Upper Limits rock climbing gym in town.
I’ll try to get over there sometime, try my hand at what seems to be your sport of preference, and write about how many times I fall on my head.
