Squats and Jerks, a Mini-Circuit and Some Eggs

Started out today with super-setting Olympic-style Back Squats and Jerks.

I was feeling pretty good, so, spur of the moment, I created a little three-piece circuit of barbell TGUs, Pull Ups/Chin Ups and Dips.

A Little Late

Me. I’m a little late. I promised a weekend update for Monday, and, well, it’s Wednesday. Life got in the way of writing. I’m a slacker.
