The gym was lonely today. There was nobody in the weight room from the moment I walked in until I left. One person passed me going in as I was leaving. There wasn’t even a radio on as there normally is.
It was just me and the iron and gravity and that felt good.

Neighbor/workout partner was there this morning. We started getting the blood flowing with some rowing.

Last night we got our first “winter storm” here in St. Louis. I know, it’s nothing at all like those seen by some of you in Wisconsin, but it was a winter storm nonetheless. Temperatures were below freezing, there was snow and sleet, and it all happened just in time for rush hour drive home.
