You ask a silly question, you get a silly answer. I'm just amazed I still had my wits about me at the time. I felt like I was going to pass out. Sorry. Not much time today for a proper post, but I will give a status update here. My legs weren't half-bad this morning. My hammies were a little tight, but nothing that a hot shower and some moderate stretching throughout the day couldn't take care of. My traps, on the other hand, are extremely sore. Even now - some 40 hours later - and my traps are very tight and sore. I've tried all day long to get them to loosen up. No luck. Pull ups tomorrow morning are going to not be fun. HA!
