Nothing much special to write about today. Both Marathoner and workout partner/favorite drinkin’ buddy joined me this morning.
Workout
- Warm Up
- Swing Ladders @ 16kg KBs
- 5+10+15+20+15+10+5 (ea. arm)
- 4×400m @ ~1:2 Work:Rest
- Each of us took turns running 400s.
- For each person, there were two rest segments (while the other two were running) between each work period.
We had some technical difficulties (Marathoner couldn’t figure out how to operate the timepiece) on my first run. We agreed my times would be recorded as follows:
- 1.334×10^-6 seconds (Clearly my fastest time.)
- 1:13
- 1:26
- 1:28
(Bonus points for figuring the significance of my first time.) My calves were really getting tight and sore by my fourth run. I was having a hard time stretching out my stride. Overall, it was a poor performance. I need to do more of those.
- Carries
- we each took turns walking 100m with the 2 kettlebells in the following styles:
- Both Overhead
- One up, One down
- Ditto, but switched
- Front Rack
- Farmer’s Carry

most folks who go as fast as your first time.. they have a little trouble stopping.
We have a winner!
I’m also, now, feel kinda dual-personality. First I want to act like a wave…then like a particle. I’m very confused.
