Just me and Marathoner today. Neighbor Friend/Favorite Drinkin’ Buddy I think had a little too much to drink (and not with me) last night.

- Push Ups
- KB Swings @ 16kg
- Air Squats
- Squat Jumps
- 3x
- 20m Burpee Broad Jump +
- 20m Bear Crawl +
- 20m Sprint +
- 20m Walk
- 30 seconds work : 15 seconds rest - circuit style
- Goblet Squats @ 2×16kg KB
- Burpees
- Jerks @ 2×16kg KB
- Push Ups
- “Box Jumps” onto 2 Stairs
- Snatches @ 16kg KB (switch arms @ :15)
That was some significant work. No rest between sections. Just moved quickly and kept heart rate up nice.
We took some reasonable rest (5-7 min?) and then KB Snatch Test - Max Number of Snatches @ 16kg KB w/ Weak Arm. Then match performance with Strong Arm.
I got 40. Hard.
After that, I thought we were finished. Marathoner says, “How ’bout one 400m?”
“I’m up for a 400. Not a fast 400, but I’ll do a 400m.”
I did it in 1:18. Marathoner came in at 1:15. Not bad for a Wednesday morning.

The snatches were no time limit, but as many as possible without stopping.
