I have no idea what that title means. I overheard someone at work saying that yesterday. I know no context. All I know is that as I was walking past he said it, and I think when I write my great American novel I’m going to name it that. “We All Go to Mexico City When We Die” by C.Edward Simpson. Coming soon to quality book stores near you.
I ran out of time Wednesday to write about our Wednesday morning adventure. Then totally forgot to update yesterday. Sorry. To make up for it, today you all get a 2-for-1.

Both of my Charlotte holds were in the 1:10-1:15 range. I don’t remember the exact times right now. Maybe 1:13 and 1:11?
MountainBiker said, later that day, that he was kinda tired, but basically felt pretty good. His tune changed a bit yesterday with his IM to me “Charlotte’s mean. It hurt to roll over and turn off the alarm clock this morning.” He came by my desk a little later and said, “I hurt here.” and pointed basically from the top of his head to his toes.
Hopefully that didn’t scare him off.

The toughest part of the workout was the push ups - all 75 + mid 30ish (don’t remember how many I did in the warm up round).
I’ll try to win more runs next time. Snatches? No. Almost hit myself in the head wednesday.
I read his IM as “Charlotte means hurt.”
My back’s coming along, but it meant I didn’t get to train much in my “2 week vacation”
Have a good holiday weekend.
