		<description>I have had some trouble tweaking that 30 sec/10 minutes. you have to use an exercise that is either damn difficult and short (ie deadlifts @ 70%), or takes nearly the entire 30 seconds (barbell snatch burpees).
Happens sometimes.
and I think you mean 'units'not 'unites'</description>
