Sorry folks. Just the workout today.
Workout
- Box Squats
- 10×3 @ 205#
Light weight, with a focus on moving as fast as I could. The bar bounced off my shoulders at the top of all 30 squats.
- Superset: Weighted Dips & Chin Ups
- 5x @ BW & 5x @ BW
- 5x @ BW+25# & 5x @ BW+15#
- 6x (5x @ BW+50# & 5x @ BW+25#)
- 5x @ BW+25# & 5x @ BW+15#
- 5x @ BW & 2x @ Chin Up Negatives @ BW
All 10 sets were done with absolutely no rest between exercises. Just walk back and forth from the dip stand to the chin bar, load up the weight and go.
- Knees-to-Elbows
- 4×10 @ 2:00 intervals

Nice. I did this same squat workout today except I had to work up to 205 and there was nothing fast or easy about it in my world.
Nice! I remember a time not too long ago (January, maybe) when you were squatting singles and maybe doubles of 115#. I’d say that’s a huge improvement.
