So a little challange: The friday group one of our measurements of progress is suspended plank holds for time. The rules are: feet are to be positioned on a box slightly higher than hands. The straps cannot rest on the upper arms. Best time so far: 2:12 (me) done at the end of a workout. Perhaps someone with shorter levers could do better.. perhaps not. well done *biker!
