This morning was a beautiful 55°F. I was joined by Favorite Drinkin’ Buddy, Marathoner and Parth.

- P4: Rest & Count Snatches
My first 400m was not accurately timed for technical reasons. (The timer didn’t press the “Start” button on the watch. Hey! It’s 5:00am, we’re lucky to be running 400s.) I’d guess I came in between 60 and 65 seconds. My second 400m was 67 seconds. I snatched exactly 30x both rounds.

- P2: Rest & Time Runner
- P3: AMAP Burpees
- P4: Rest & Count Burpees
My 200s all came in between 37 and 41 seconds, with each run being slightly more than 1 second slower than the one before it. My burpees were:
- 20
- 18
- 15
- 12
- Planned: 6x 100m “King of the Track”
- P1 & P2 race 100m
- P3 & P4 race 100m
- Losers of each race do 15x Push Ups and then race each other in the next round.
- Winners race each other next round.
- If someone can win 4 races in a row, everybody else does 30x additional Push Ups.
We got 2 races in before Favorite Drinkin’ Buddy had to take off. The three of us left did one more 200m race (I won by 15m or more) and then moved over to the rings.
