Too Cold

Eight Week Plan

This morning begins my new 8 week plan to put my PL Total above 1000#. The plan has three important parts.

Increase my DL through progressively lower Rack Pulls
Increase my Bench Press through a higher volume 5×5
Increase my Squat (and DL too) with explosive lifts (Cleans and Box Squats) at timed intervals

Just Marathoner and me this morning. The temperature was very nice (around 50°F), but the wind was blowing briskly making the air feel 5-7° colder. Should have worn a cap.

JonesCrawl is typically done with DLs at ~115% BW. My BW these days is around 163, which means I “should” be doing DLs @ 185-190#. Today’s DLs @ 225# qualify as “Heavy”, by JonesCrawl standards.
