Not much lifting today. Zercher Squats and Floor Presses were on the agenda, but Marathoner was not feeling strong. We’ve increased our volume pretty significantly lately. We both needed a break.

Total rep counts: 346 steps and 90 TGUs.
I started out attacking the TGUs in sets of 5x ea. arm, but quickly moved to 6x ea. arm - much more efficient. As I began my third round I thought, I can do 350 steps and 90 TGUs. I barely got the 90 and couldn’t quite make the 350. It was good work anyway. After that, Marathoner took off and I did some light upper body stuff.

I actually weighed in at 161#, but better Ceiling() than Floor() - AMAP Wide Grip Pull Ups @ BW

Maybe could have gotten more pull ups w/ some body-english, but kept it pretty strict and did what I could do.
