Testing the Back

Thought to try some Sumo Deadlift High Pulls today. Higher reps (8×10), lighter weight (95#) just to see how things would hold up. I’ll wait until I wake up tomorrow morning for the final verdict, but for now everything seems to be solid. That’s good news.
