At my second rep I almost fell over. The bar literally almost jumped right out of my hand. What the hell? I set the bar down and had a good look. It was bent!
I’d like to think that my power snatches were so powerful I bent the bar…but that’s unlikely. Anyway, that sucks, a lot, because that was one of the best bars in the place. And now it’s not.
Maybe I’ll start doing cambered bar squats. =)
