The gym was a wreck when I got in at 5:00 this morning. A jump rope was hanging over the top of the power rack. Dumbbells were everywhere - on the floor, under a bench, a couple (not matching) were tossed in with the medicine balls. There were plates on the leg press machine and on literally every single bar in the place. A bar on one of the flat benches had 2×45# plates on one side and a 25# and about 4×2.5# plates on the other. WTF? How does that happen?
Makes me want to go in really late next Thursday night and start yelling at people. Unreal.

No chin ups this morning. I did a bunch on Monday and again, mostly just screwing around, yesterday. In the last few weeks I’ve really increased the number of chin ups (aiming at ≥ 100/week). My left elbow is getting that you’re-going-to-get-tendonitis-if-you-don’t-slow-down feel. So I’m backing off a bit.

That’s a theoretical 1RM of 453#. A 16# jump over my last effort. Good stuff.
