Right side:

  1. One-leg Straight-leg KB Deadlift
  2. Clean + Front Squat + Press
  3. Snatch
Left side:

  1. One-leg Straight-leg KB Deadlift
  2. Clean + Front Squat + Press
  3. Snatch
6 reps ea. + 5 reps ea. + 4 reps ea. + … + 1 rep ea.
Circuit #2
P1: 10x Sandy Clean & Press
P2: 20x LCC&J @ 2-16kg KB
P3: 30x Burpees
…or 3 minutes, which ever comes first.
Rotate. Everybody gets a turn.
Circuit #2 (revisited)
P1: 5x Sandy Clean & Press
P2: 10x LCC&J @ 2-16kg KB
P3: 15x Burpees
…or 2 minutes, which ever comes first.
Rotate. Everybody gets a turn.
Circuit #3 (walk/carry)
P1: Sandy in Bear Hug ~133m
P2: 2-16kg KB in Rack ~133m
P3: Walk ~133m
