The goal of this graph is not to show absolute performance, but expected performance relative to each other. It is to be expected one's deadlift is greater than one's military press. But to maintain full body balance, as one's deadlift goes up one's military press should increase in a proportional way.

The dark red polygon shows my latest 1RM for each of those lifts, in relative expected proportions to each other. The blue circle shows the average of each normalized lift. If I were perfectly balanced, the blue circle would exactly circumscribe a regular polygon. (As you can easily see, I am not perfectly balanced.)

With this chart, it is easy to see where one is doing well and where one could use work.

Note: I'd like to add some pulling exercise here - probably weighted chin ups. I'm still looking for good data about expected relationships between weighted chin ups and the other major lifts.
